Introduction

Sara SOP Capture helps you capture screenshots of browser tabs and organize them into step-by-step standard operating procedures (SOPs). You can use the extension without creating an account.

Information We Collect

The extension does not send your information to us. Screenshots you capture and images you choose from your device, their names, and your descriptions are stored locally in your browser. The extension accesses the active tab only when you invoke its capture or preview features.

How We Use Information

Local information is used only to display, edit, organize, and copy your SOP content. If you choose Copy for Document, the extension places your selected SOP content on your device's clipboard. If you choose a folder, you control where image files are saved. Choosing a folder is optional; you can save images there when you choose.

Data Storage and Security

Images are kept in browser storage on your device until you delete them or clear the extension's browser data. When you explicitly save images, copies are written to the folder you selected. The extension does not upload or synchronize this content. Anyone with access to your browser profile or selected folder may be able to access the files.

Third-Party Services

Sara SOP Capture does not use analytics, advertising, remote servers, or third-party data processing services.
