Introduction

Sara SOP helps you capture or import images and organize them into step-by-step standard operating procedures (SOPs). You can use the service without creating an account.

Information We Collect

The browser app does not send your SOP content to its developer. Screenshots captured from a screen you choose, images you select from your device, image names, and descriptions are stored in this browser. The Chrome extension stores captured or selected images and descriptions locally in Chrome.

How We Use Information

Information is used only to display, edit, organize, save, and copy your SOP content. If you choose Copy for Document, the selected content is placed on your device's clipboard. If you choose a folder, image files are written to that folder at your direction.

Data Storage and Security

Your SOP content remains in browser storage on your device until you delete it or clear browser data. Saved files remain in the folder you selected. Sara SOP does not upload or synchronize SOP content. Anyone with access to your browser profile or selected folder may be able to access your files.

Third-Party Services

The Chrome extension does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party data processing services. The browser app loads typefaces from Google Fonts; your browser makes requests to Google to retrieve those font files. The app does not send SOP content or screenshots to Google Fonts.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when Sara SOP changes. The latest version and its revision date will be available on the Privacy Policy page.
